Service Account Codes Master

 

Add and maintain various Harmonized System of Nomenclature Codes used for classifying the Services under the GST.

 

A list of already existing Service Account Codes will be displayed as follows -

 

Search:

Enter any text you want to search in the list below. The search is applicable to all columns of the list. Once the text is entered, press <ENTER> key. As a result, the list will be refreshed with all those records that contain the entered text fully or partially. In order to go back to the original list, remove the text from the box and press <ENTER> key again.

 

Service Accounts can be added, edited, and viewed provided the Role associated with the currently logged-in user through User Management has the respective rights to do so.

To 'Add' a Service Account, click on the button and to 'Edit', click on the icon on its corresponding record. To 'View' details of a particular Service Account, <DoubleClick> on that record. As a result, following screen will be displayed -

Field Description of Service Account Codes Master

Service Account Code:

(Type : Numeric, Length : 8)

Denotes the SAC Code for Service.

 

While 'Adding', enter the unique SAC Code for Service. The system will check that the unique Code is entered by the user.

 

In case of 'Edit' and 'View', Service Account Code will be displayed automatically for the selected record. It can not be changed.

 

Service Account Description:

(Type : Alphanumeric, Length : 500)

Denotes the Description for Service.

 

While 'Adding', enter the Description for the Service.

 

In case of 'Edit' and 'View', Description of the selected SAC Code will be displayed automatically. You can change it in 'Edit' mode.

 

Applicable GST%:

(Type : Numeric, Length : 2.2)

Denotes the percentage of GST for Service.

 

While 'Adding', enter the percentage of GST applicable for the Service.

 

In case of 'Edit' and 'View', GST% of the selected SAC Code will be displayed automatically. You can change it in 'Edit' mode.

 

Once done, click on 'Save' button to save or 'Cancel' button to discard. The control will go back to the list.
